What is the difference between gelato and ice cream?

Gelato is slow-churned, resulting in a denser, smoother and creamier texture compared to ice cream. The presence of the air makes the flavors more intense and ‘’warmer’’.

Let your gelato sit just for a couple of minutes after taking out of the freezer before scooping for the best experience!
